Often, if children’s presenters are condescending, the young audience will spot it and cause chaos. Here the two actors were well tuned in with the kids, mainly aged 4 to 8 yrs, and for the whole 60 minutes had them giggling and enthralled.

Under the direction of Sanjiva Margio and Karen Hethey, the mime was intelligent, and with the use of the wheelies most inventive. A tremendous amount of lateral thinking has gone into this show – can you make bins self-propel in a race with each other? A slick presentation with good mood lighting (Sharon Custers), colourful costumes (Poets of the Machine) made this show effervesce. The full house was very well deserved.”
